Kirstenbosch, isochronously beating to the kids of doom

This Sunday was an epic day at the occasionally frequented Kirstenbosch Gardens. R75 a pop at www.webtickets.co.za got us in, to find the place packed with a very diverse crowd. It is as if the little (read: sitting quite far away) stage was bursting with energy when the guys from Isochronous walked up and started thrashing their guitars and drums. I will go again, and thanks to being able to bring your own snacks and drinks and a no-smoking policy, it is the most refreshing thing you can do to get you ready for the week ahead. No more Carte Blanche intro telling you its the end of the weekend. Let Kirstenbosch's rocking Sundays be your start of the week.
